Request Account & Data Deletion
At Delphi Labs, we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you submit a deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account Information: Email address, username, profile data, and authentication credentials
- Conversation History: All chat messages, AI interactions, and conversation logs
- Generated Content: Images, videos, and other content you created using the Service
- Usage Data: Activity logs, preferences, and settings
- Payment Records: Transaction history (excluding records required for legal/tax compliance)
WARNING: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to your account, all conversation history, generated content, and any active subscriptions.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your account and data, please email us at:

Please include the following in your request:
- The email address associated with your account
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Confirmation that you understand this action is permanent
Processing Timeline
- Acknowledgment: Within 48 hours of receiving your request
- Verification: We may contact you to verify your identity
- Deletion: Completed within 30 days of verified request
- Confirmation: Email confirmation once deletion is complete
